This Award is presented to the organisation that can best demonstrate its commitment to the continuous training and professional career development of its staff – irrespective of the size of the organisation. The independent judging panel focuses on the quality of the training and its relevance to the organisation’s business.

Companies entering for this award should also highlight work that is undertaken with schools and colleges to support the development of the workforce – be it individual staff members or groups of personnel.

Introduced into the Guernsey Awards for Achievement programme over ten years ago, the Excellence in Training Award is sponsored by the GTA University Centre, the Institute of Directors (Guernsey branch) and the NP Group.
